Problem Statement

Social AI currently generates Photo Style and Text Graphic Style creatives primarily using AI-generated imagery.

Many businesses already have actual products, services, artwork, inventory, or portfolio assets available in:

  • Brand Intelligence → Media Assets

  • Website Product Catalogs

  • Ecommerce Stores

  • Scanned Website Assets

However, Social AI does not effectively utilize these assets when generating content. Instead, it creates generic AI-generated replacements that may resemble the product category but do not represent the business's actual products.

This significantly reduces the usefulness of generated posts for businesses that rely on visual product representation.

Examples include:

  • Artists and galleries

  • Ecommerce stores

  • Furniture brands

  • Home décor businesses

  • Beauty brands

  • Consumer products

  • Fashion brands

  • Service businesses with branded assets


Current Limitation

Even when users:

  • Upload product images into Media Assets

  • Train Social AI

  • Provide image instructions through Regenerate Content → Image

Social AI often generates completely new AI-created products rather than using the actual products owned by the business.

Example

An artist uploads:

Product Name: Whispers of the Monsoon

Artist: Jane Doe

SKU: JD-2026-LAN-014

When Social AI creates a Photo Style post for luxury interior décor, the generated image contains a random AI painting instead of the uploaded artwork.

This makes the content unsuitable for marketing.


Product Metadata Enhancement

Media Asset Enrichment

When products are imported from:

  • Website scans

  • Ecommerce stores

  • Product catalogs

  • Manual uploads

Store product metadata alongside the asset.

New Asset Information Fields

Location:

Brand Intelligence → Media Assets → Image Preview → Asset Information

Category: Products & Services

Fields:

  • Product Name

  • SKU

  • Product Description

  • Category

  • Brand Name

  • Artist Name (if applicable)

  • Product URL

  • Source Website

  • Asset Type

Example

Product Name: Whispers of the Monsoon

Artist: Jane Doe

SKU: JD-2026-LAN-014

Category: Landscape Painting

Source: Website Product Catalog

This information should be indexed and available to Social AI during content generation.


New Social AI Preference

Location

Social AI → Settings → Preferences → Images & Videos

Current options:

  • Text Graphics

  • Photo Style

  • AI Videos

  • Your Assets

  • AI Clone

Since Social AI will now support product-aware creative generation, users should have explicit control over how products and services are used.


New Setting

Add a new dropdown under both:

Text Graphics

and

Photo Style

Label:

Services and Products

Helper Text:

Use products and services identified from your Media Assets and website catalog. Social AI may intelligently manipulate, position, and blend these assets into generated marketing creatives.

Dropdown Options

Only General AI Images

Current behavior.

Generate creatives using AI-generated visuals only.

No products or services from Media Assets will be used.

Only Services/Products

Generate creatives exclusively using products and services identified from:

  • Media Assets

  • Website Product Catalogs

  • Scanned Product Libraries

No generic AI replacement products should be generated.

Both AI Images and Services/Products

Generate hybrid creatives.

Social AI may:

  • Use actual products/services from Media Assets.

  • Generate supporting AI environments.

  • Blend products naturally into scenes.

  • Combine AI-generated elements with real business assets.

Creative Generation Requirements

Artist Example

Uploaded artwork should appear within:

  • Luxury home interiors

  • Art galleries

  • Hotel lobbies

  • Conference halls

  • Corporate offices

  • Concierge areas

Requirements:

  • Artwork remains visually accurate.

  • Proper framing.

  • Correct scaling.

  • Natural wall placement.

  • Consistent scene lighting.

Social AI should generate the environment around the artwork rather than recreating the artwork itself.


Ecommerce Example

Product:

Mosquito Repellent Spray

Stored within Media Assets.

Current Behavior:

Generates a random bottle that resembles mosquito spray.

Expected Behavior:

Use the actual uploaded product image.

Generate realistic usage scenarios such as:

  • Outdoor family gatherings

  • Camping trips

  • Backyard events

  • Home protection scenes

Preserve:

  • Product shape

  • Packaging

  • Labels

  • Branding

  • Colors


JPEG Asset Support

Many businesses only have:

  • JPEG product images

  • Website product photos

  • Lifestyle photography

They may not have transparent PNG assets.

Social AI should:

  • Identify products using computer vision.

  • Use product metadata.

  • Detect product boundaries.

  • Extract products intelligently.

  • Blend products into generated scenes.

PNG uploads should not be required.


Regenerate Content Improvements

When users provide prompts such as:

"Place my artwork inside a luxury hotel lobby."

or

"Show my mosquito spray being used during an outdoor family gathering."

Social AI should:

  1. Search Media Assets.

  2. Identify matching products.

  3. Use the actual product image.

  4. Generate supporting environments.

  5. Preserve product accuracy.

The AI should not generate replacement versions of the product.
