Allow Multiple Social Posts on the Same Day Without Time Conflicts

Currently, the Social Calendar allows only one post per day. This needs to be improved so users can create and schedule multiple posts on the same day from:

Social AI → Social Calendar → Create Posts

This enhancement should support cases where the user chooses either Single Post or Pick Days and wants to schedule another post on a day that already has an existing post.

What needs to be improved:

Enable the system to allow multiple posts on the same day, as long as the new post timing does not conflict with other posts already present on the calendar.

Conditions / Logic:

• User selects Single Post or Pick Days

• System checks whether that selected day already has posts in any of these states:

  • Scheduled

  • Approved

  • Published

• If the user creates another post for the same day, the system should allow it

• Ensure the new post time does not clash with the timing of existing scheduled, approved, or published posts on that date

Expected Behavior:

• Multiple posts can exist on the same day

• Time slot validation should prevent overlapping/conflicting post times

• If there is no timing conflict, the post should be created successfully

• If there is a conflict, show a proper validation message asking the user to choose a different time

Acceptance Criteria:

• User can create more than one post for the same date

• System validates against existing scheduled, approved, and published posts

• Conflicting time slots are blocked

• Non-conflicting time slots are allowed

• Works for both Single Post and Pick Days flows in Create Posts
