
Scanned Business → Integrations tab → Social Media Platforms
Each scanned business can connect only one social media account per platform (e.g., only one Instagram account).
Businesses with multiple accounts on the same platform (e.g., multiple Instagram pages) cannot manage them under a single scanned business.
Many businesses operate multiple social media accounts on the same platform (regional pages, service-based pages, brand variations, etc.).
The current limitation prevents them from managing all accounts efficiently within one business.
Allow multiple social media accounts of the same platform (e.g., multiple Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn accounts) to be connected to a single scanned business.
Each connected account should be:
Clearly listed under its respective platform
Selectable during social post creation and scheduling
Maintain backward compatibility for businesses that use only one account.
Users can connect more than one account for the same social platform under a scanned business
UI clearly displays multiple connected accounts per platform
Users can choose which account to publish to during post creation
Existing single-account setups continue to work without disruption
This is a feature request based on customer feedback
Improves scalability for agencies and businesses managing multiple social profiles
